A full empirical manuscript runs: study background, statement of the problem, study objectives, justification, theoretical framework, literature review, methods, data analysis and interpretation, conclusion, recommendations, acknowledgements and references.

Reviewers score every paper on nine criteria — relevance to the journal, problem formulation, literature review, methodology, interpretation and significance of findings, contribution to research and to practice, and presentation — and aim to report within 7 days. Full instructions to authors.
